The new Business Development Manager has the opportunity to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, where he/she plays a central role in achieving ambitious growth.


What will you do?

We're looking for a self-starter who takes over a leading role in further developing our fast-growing business and in driving growth. You will be responsible for initiating and implementing new business opportunities, and developing sales and customer relationships. Additionally, you will work on our product by determining areas for improving our user experience & engagement and ensuring a smooth Lepaya journey. To achieve your goals, you will be working closely with different teams inside Lepaya.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Conducting segment- and eco-system analyses;
  • Creating and closing new business opportunities;
  • Developing acquisition channels for new clients;
  • Preparing of and pitching in client meetings;
  • Evaluating and establishing partnership opportunities for new business;
  • Evaluating user needs and translating these into requirements for our product.

Requirements

Who are you?

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, German is a pré;
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset;
  • You are eager to be responsible for growth, and will do whatever it takes to make the growth happen;
  • Your main personality traits are:

  • Committed & proactive
  • Driven & eager to learn
  • Analytical
  • Adaptive, because you enjoy the dynamic of a fast growing start-up
  • Self-motivated & self-organized;
  • You have a minimum of ~5 years overall experience including at least 2 years in a high-performance context;
  • Ideally, you have experience in entrepreneurial work.
