Customer Success Manager

Job description

You will mainly be responsible for strengthening our existing customer relations and identifying upcoming business opportunities. You should develop an in-depth understanding of the customer's needs and guide them to the perfect Lepaya learning solution.

A day at Lepaya:

You start the week with our weekly team meeting, where you receive an update on the work of several other teams within Lepaya. Of course you also present your latest success: last week, you increased our deep-sell by signing a contract with one of your clients for their next training program. Afterwards, you dig into work.

You have a phone call with an HR director to discuss a new tailored learning path. Together, you determine a mutual strategy which outlines the company’s needs and requirements and matches our offerings. As soon as you finish the call, you start phrasing a proposal based on your chat before. Afterwards, some clients have urgent questions about their training programs and you answer their requests with the help of a Program Manager.
It’s lunch time already and together with your colleagues you head up to our lunch room for your daily ‘Dutch’ lunch. Also up for a ping-pong game? As a true pro, you easily beat our Head of Sales today - a great start of the week.

In the afternoon, you have a meeting scheduled with the Sales Team and the Lepaya Founders. How can we make our clients even more happy? Reviewing recent processes, together you come up with a new master plan guaranteeing our customers’ satisfaction. One last meeting for today: you discuss the wishes of your clients with our Learning Specialists and brainstorm about how we can further enhance our learning portfolio to meet those wishes.

Monday is already over - what a day! Luckily, it’s Lepaya Weekend this week, so “only” three more days to go in the office.
