The company combines a large amount of data - for example, when people follow training and how long they are busy - with qualitative feedback and the latest scientific insights in the field of education. What are you going to do?


  • You develop a sourcing and growth strategy in your target group segment;

  • You identify and qualify new potential customers, through both incoming leads and cold calling;

  • You quickly determine the customer situation and you create a specific need for the Lepaya platform;

  • You monitor and exceed monthly quotas for new projects and you exceed the annual net sales quota;

  • You manage, monitor and report on sales activities and results using our CRM system;

  • You apply the latest trends in learning when selecting and convincing your customers;

  • You work closely with internal stakeholders (such as success managers and learning strategists) to optimally serve your customers;

  • You are central to the further growth of Lepaya.

Requirements

Who are you?

  • You are smart, quick in understanding and flexible;

  • You have> 2 years of experience in sales, sales development or lead generation (SaaS experience preferably);

  • You have experience and affinity with the learning, training or HR industry (preferably);

  • You have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals;

  • You have a lot of experience with cold calling;

  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills;

  • You are a genius in creating new business opportunities and realizing these opportunities;

  • You are decisive and able to adapt to a dynamic working environment;

  • You are particularly task-oriented;

  • Your native language is Dutch and you can collaborate with English-speaking colleagues without any problems.
